b. What you need to bring with you
i. Please bring materials from your classes
(worksheets, examples of student work or feedback, etc) to make your poster
for the Saturday morning session.
They’ll be some time to assemble posters on Saturday morning and we’ll
bring large poster paper, glue, and marker pens for you to use.
The poster should be self-explanatory and present a sequence or cycle of activities
that has worked well for you in one of your Chuo courses this year. Please show
how you see this cycle or sequence of activities relating to the objectives for
this course suggested in the Teachers Pack.
If you would like to circulate materials from your classes to the other teachers,
we can make copies and bring those to the Retreat for you. Please put any materials
you would like us to copy in the envelope on the Reception Desk in the Teachers
Room at Chuo during the week before the Retreat (and by 11am on Friday 27th).
ii. Please also bring your Teachers Information Pack to refer to when we discuss course levels and suggested objectives.
